1. General Information.

Thanks to this program it is possible to obtain financial means to cover the costs of person exchange (journey and short stays) of research teams cooperating under one research subject.

Conditions of getting the financial means:

• cooperation with a foreign university or research institute,
• presentation of a joint subject (research project) by both cooperating institutions (to the Ministry of Scientific Research in Poland and its counterpart in the partner state),
• acceptance of the submitted subject and its introduction to the program or executive protocol of the government agreement.

At the moment 25 research subjects are realised with foreign universities from the following states:

• China - 1 project
• Finland - 1 project
• Russian Federation - 1 project
• France - 2 projects
• India - 1 project
• Norway - 1 project
• Republic of Belarus - 2 projects
• Czech Republic - 2 projects
• Federal Republic of Germany - 8 projects
• Republic of Slovakia - 3 projects
• Sweden - 3 projects
